Jazz was our sales rep, and he did a fantastic job explaining the system, testing our water, and showing us the difference the water softener system would make. He was very personable and polite! Trent and Josh did an amazing job installing our water softener and making sure we understood how the system works. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does his passion and knowledge are obvious. He didn’t just try to sell me something; he made sure I understood the benefits and the differences.
